Searching an item at Footlux.com is simple and fast. You just have to choose a category or a designer or both at the LUX BROWSER on the home page and your selection will be displayed.

Once you are in the product area, you will find a wider browser where you will also be able to search for size or colour.

If you are looking for a specific item from a designer in particular, just enter the DESIGNER area, choose the designer you are looking for and browse the complete collection.You can also use the advanced search, where you can text words relating to the articles you are looking for, including designer name, colour, sizes or any combination.

Think of LuxCredit as fairy dust from the Footlux.com Fairy. LuxCredit gives our shoes wings, and they always find their way home; wherever you may be. As the official Footlux.com currency, you can apply your balance towards any purchase made at Footlux.com.

Here’s how it works:

During the checkout process, log in to your account. When you reach the Order Confirmation page, you will be informed if you have LuxCredit available in your account. If your account has a LuxCredit balance, you will be shown the available amount. You can then proceed to specify the amount you want to apply towards the total of your order. If your LuxCredit balance is greater than or equal to the total of your order, you can apply the exact amount to be paid for your purchase. Once you click on the Confirm Order button, you won’t need to go through our payment gateway (Paypal) to complete your order. You will simply receive an email confirmation of your order.
If your LuxCredit balance is less than the total of your order, or you wish to cover just a portion of the total, you will be shown the remaining amount owed. Once you click on the Confirm Order button, you will be taken to our payment gateway, where you’ll need to enter your credit card information. At the end of the payment process, make sure to click on the Return to Merchant link to ensure your order is registered correctly into our system. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Besides applying you LuxCredit balance towards purchases, you can also transfer LuxCredit between Footlux.com accounts. To do so, log in to your account and click on My Profile. You will find a section titled LuxCredit. Within that section you will find your LuxCredit balance, your account number, and the three most recent LuxCredit transactions. You can click on the word “MORE” to show all the transactions done using LuxCredit, if more than three transactions have been made. To the right of this information box you will find another box labeled “Transfer LuxCredit to another account”. To transfer an amount to a different Footlux.com account, enter the amount to be transferred, and the account number of the Footlux.com account you wish to transfer the amount to. Click on the arrow to the right; this will take you to the Transfer page. Enter your account’s password, and if you wish, you can enter a message which we’ll send to the target account’s owner. Finally, click on the Continue button. This will confirm the transfer, if no errors occurred during the transaction, and you’ll be redirected to the My Profile section of your account.
